Fall 2025 Adult Dabke Class Sign-up
We will be teaching dabke every Tuesday for 5 weeks starting October 7, 2025 and ending on November 4 at 3001 Sherman Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001 . We will be using The Malikat Method that includes Lebanese, Palestinian and Iraqi dabke styles alongside the history of dabke and its instruments. We also give students an opportunity to experience the culture in action with a showcase of their skills and teamwork in a performance on Friday, November 14 at the end of the 5-week class sessions.
Dabke has been healing for us all through cultural immersion and community building, especially in these trying times.
